Well, no solution yet, but I have some additional information. I installed GR5 on another cheaper laptop, a Brazilian CCE i5, and it works perfectly. I also installed Amplitube on my main laptop, and the same issue happens.

Asio4all is freeware, so I don't see they really engaged in fixing a problem that happen to a few users.

The card manufacturer does not seem interested in fixing anything that is not affecting tens of thousands of users, so I guess the only real solution is to use another sound card.
